The Gluten Free Baking Company was born in a small country kitchen on the coast of the Gower Peninsula, South Wales.
As a family of coeliacs, we have extra sensitive guts. So we took the gluten-free market into our own hands and decided to bake what we wanted to find on the supermarket shelves—high quality, wholesome gluten free bakes.
All our gluten free goods are baked with care and commitment to you. We understand the severity of cross-contamination which is why all our gluten free ingredients are organically sourced and naturally prepared in our coeliac-friendly kitchen. No wheat, barley, oats or rye welcome!
